Events

Project Presentation: -
1. Project can be in the form of a working model |software |simulation-based experiments | prototype.
2. Team members of a team should belong to the same institution.
3. The number of students per project shall not exceed four.

Poster Presentation: -
1. Maximum of two authors, Poster size should be in A3 size.
2. All the team members may be present during the event. There will be an interactive session with the judges, other participants and students during the time allotted for the event.
3. Each poster session author will be provided with a 4' x 4' poster board area and mounting pins. The board will indicate the poster number in upper right or left corner.
4. Each poster must include text in a large enough font (~20-point font) to be read easily by attendees from a distance of 4 to 5 feet or more. Lettering on illustrations should be large and legible.

Technical Quiz: -
1. Team of maximum three participants can contest for this event.


PAPER PRESENTATION
1. Maximum of two authors.
2. The selected participants should submit a hard copy of the paper/poster with abstract in the beginning in A4 sheets not exceeding ten pages (including references, tables and figures)
3. The presentation should last a maximum of 5 minutes. There will be a 3 minutes query and answer session following it.
4. All the team members may be present during the event. There will be an interactive session with the judges, other participants and students during the time allotted for the event.
5. The recommended fonts are: Title fonts: Times New Roman, 14 font size, Bold and underlined, left alignment; Sub Title fonts: Times New Roman, 12 font size, Bold and Justified alignment.
